  • "Carrie stepped in to support the Toronto Symphony Orchestra on very short notice and immediately became a trusted extension of our team. From day one, she approached the work with professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help. She asked thoughtful questions, quickly got up to speed on a complex organization, and consistently delivered high-quality work. Just as importantly, Carrie is a pleasure to work with—responsive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled consultant who can quickly earn trust, integrate seamlessly, and make an immediate impact."

  • “Carrie Libling delivered an exceptional marketing workshop for Ontario Presents in Thunder Bay, tailored specifically for small venue and volunteer presenters. Her preparation was evident from the outset - thoughtful, thorough, and clearly grounded in an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing our sector. What stood out most was her ability to adapt seamlessly to a diverse audience, meeting participants where they were while still providing valuable, actionable insights. Carrie’s facilitation style was engaging, dynamic, and highly interactive, creating an environment where attendees felt both comfortable and inspired to participate and learn. We deeply appreciated the energy and expertise she brought to this workshop. Her contribution plays an important role in strengthening the skills and confidence of volunteer presenters, ultimately supporting the ongoing sustainability and vitality of presenting across Ontario.”

  • "I had the pleasure of working with Carrie during her four years at the City of Brampton. In a complex municipal presenting environment, she was a steady and collaborative contributor to our marketing, communications, and audience engagement work. Carrie understands the performing arts from both sides of the table. She brings an appreciation for artistic vision alongside a practical understanding of the operational, financial, and audience realities that arts organizations navigate every day. That perspective allows her to approach strategy with nuance and clarity. As she relaunches her consulting practice, I am confident that organizations engaging Carrie will benefit from her sector fluency, professionalism, and ability to align creative priorities with sustainable organizational goals. She is thoughtful, solutions-oriented, and genuinely committed to helping arts organizations do their best work."
